Elpress Crimping Tool Systems consist of Cable Connectors and Crimping Tools tested together for an optimum connection result. The System concept makes you, as a customer, able to feel secure when using our system and to be sure safe connections are made when Elpress products are used correctly.
Elpress Hydraulic Crimp Systems fit Elpress Terminals and Connectors from 10 to 1200 mm². The systems comprise either Pumps and Crimp Heads which can be freely combined or by complete hand held tools where these functions are integrated.
For crimping, prerounding of sector-shaped conductors, cable cutting, etc. there is a variety of accessories. Together with matching Terminals the complete Crimp System is formed. Both Pumps and Hand Crimping Tools have, with a few exceptions, fast feed function that allows the actual crimping to start after the Dies have rapidly been brought in contact with the terminal. There is also a full-closure function to safe-guard a complete crimp action.

The Elpress PVX611 Battery Crimping Tool (6-240mm²) is the latest tool of this series, now with a new added feature. To meet the demand for a more lightweight tool to crimp winding conductors, Elpress have developed L-range* Dies for this tool.
The PVX611 crimp pistol is 100% reverse compatible and has been tested and approved for use together with Elpress TB-dies and KB-dies. A great feature of the pistol is a display that gives you valuable information about your tool, e.g. number of performed crimps, battery status, service intervals, etc. The PVX611 has been created with a new ergonomic design that offers you, the user, enhanced performance. The tool is supplied with a 2-year guarantee.
*letter L in Elpress naming convention indicates that it is designed to crimp winding conductors, in addition to Class 2 and Class 5 cables as per the IEC60228 standard.
