3M™ Scotchcast™ Hazardous Area Resin Joint Kit LVI-3/6 (95 – 800mm²)
The 3M LVI-3/6 Resin Joint Kit is a specialised hazardous-area inline jointing solution for multi-core armoured low-voltage polymeric cables. Designed for Zone 1 & Zone 2 environments, this 3M LVI-3/6 Kit provides advanced electrical insulation, flame-retardant performance and reliable mechanical protection for LV energy cable joints. Each Scotchcast LVI-3/6 (Scotchcast LVI-36) kit includes a transparent two-part mould body with a snap-fit closing system, a flame-retardant phase spacer web and 3M™ Scotchcast™ 1402FR resin packaged in a closed two-chamber mixing system.
Ideal for hazardous industrial sites, the LVI-3/6 Resin Joint delivers safe, consistent installation using either compression or mechanical connectors. The kit also accommodates lead-sheathed cable and PILC transition jointing.
