Wallis & Co Ltd is a world-leading manufacturer of Earthing, Lightning Protection, Exothermic Welding, Metal Oxide Varistors (MOV) and Low Voltage (LV) Surge Protection Products. The company also provides expert design services for earthing and lightning protection systems, ensuring full compliance with national and international standards. In addition, AN Wallis operates an in-house, independent, BSI ISO 17025 accredited test laboratory. Inside the facility, their team carries out electrical, mechanical and environmental testing to support product development and quality assurance.

This includes advanced earth electrode system design, testing and on-site support, using industry-leading software such as CDEGS.
All designs are carried out by experienced electrical engineers in accordance with BS 7430:2011+A1:2015 and BS EN 50522:2022. This ensures full compliance with recognised international standards for safe and reliable earthing systems. In addition, the technical team provides earthing and lightning protection design, site supervision and inspection services in line with BS EN 62305.
Testing services include soil resistivity surveys, earth resistance testing and detailed reporting. These services support compliant system design and installation. AN Wallis products are tested to BS EN 62561 for lightning protection system components. They are also manufactured to meet BS EN 62305 requirements for protection against lightning.
