E-Tech Components – Our Sustainability Principles and Mission
At E-Tech Components, sustainability is a fundamental part of our long-term strategy. Our mission is to provide high-quality Power Cable Accessories and Electrical Components needed to build a safer, more sustainable world. As a specialist distributor for the renewable energy, rail, and nuclear sectors, we recognise our role in the green energy transition. We are committed to Health & Safety, Compliance, Ethical Sourcing and Operational Efficiency while also contributing to a low-carbon, resource-efficient future.
Certifications

Certified as ISO 9001:2015, we are compliant after an in-depth audit of the company’s internal operations. The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification demonstrates compliance with quality management principles. It also proves a company’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

We are also certified as ISO 14001:2015 by LRQA, a leading global certification body. This internationally recognised standard signifies our commitment to environmental stewardship. Through the implementation of a comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS), we are actively managing our environmental footprint. This includes continuously seeking ways to minimise our impact for a more sustainable future.

Sustainability Through Community Support
Sustainability is about more than protecting the environment. It’s also about supporting the communities around us. By giving back, encouraging employee participation and working with customers and suppliers for meaningful causes, we’re committed to creating a positive social impact. Here are some examples below:

In June 2026, through Rainhill Rotary Club, our MD, Paul Forester represented E-Tech at the Prescot Primary Schools Careers Showcase. Pupils explored career paths, met professionals, and gained an early insight into the world of work. We’re proud to support initiatives that inspire the next generation, strengthen local communities and help develop tomorrow’s workforce.

This August (6th-8th), our MD, Paul Forester, will represent E-Tech at the 95km Cykelvasan Öppet Spår in Sweden. Invited by our partners at Wibe Group, this is more than a cycling challenge. The event is helping to raise £1,000 for Oakdene Primary Academy while promoting sustainability, community engagement and active, low-carbon travel. We’re proud to support initiatives that make a positive difference for both people and the planet.
