Wibe Group Mita Flex and MultiFlex Support System
The Wibe Group Mita Flex and MultiFlex Support System is a two-part FRP/GRP (Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer) cable installation solution designed for heavy-duty cable support in harsh and corrosive environments. It is made up of two distinct but complementary systems:
MITA FLEX – Cable Ladders and Cable Trays – A high-performance cable containment system used to safely carry and route electrical cables.
MULTIFLEX SUPPORT SYSTEM – Channels, Sleeves, Brackets and Cantilever Arms – A modular structural framework that provides the adjustable support structure for installing and positioning the containment system.
Together, these two systems provide a complete, adaptable solution for safe and reliable cable routing in demanding industrial environments.

Wibe Group Mita Flex / MultiFlex FRP/GRP – Applications
The Mita Flex and MultiFlex FRP/GRP Cable Systems are ideal for installations in corrosive, outdoor and high-demand environments, including:
- Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas and Marine – Perfect for heavy HV cabling on oil rigs and offshore wind farms, offering long-term resistance against saltwater and harsh weather
- Infrastructure – Designed for tunnels, bridges and railway projects, where polluted air or moisture can create highly corrosive conditions
- Agriculture and Fish Farming – Resistant to chemicals used in cleaning stables and fish farms, outperforming even stainless steel in durability
- Heavy (Chemical) Industry – Water treatment plants, sulphuric acid plants and petrochemical facilities benefit from excellent chemical resistance with polyester (PC1) or Vinylester (VE) resin options. Anti-static (AS) resin variants are available for explosive environments.

Wibe Group Mita Flex and MultiFlex Support System
The Mita Flex / MultiFlex GRP system provides full flexibility during installation, allowing you to build lightweight yet robust frameworks. The channel sleeves allow for secure mounting of ladders, trays and accessories with full adjustability in every direction.

Installation Process:

Insert the sleeve into the channel

Position the sleeve and apply the drill jig

Drill required holes (easy in GRP/FRP material)

Insert bolts and tighten nuts. The sleeve is now ready to mount brackets, cleats, or other components.
