Nexans JTS Heat-Shrink Cable Joints are a new range of high-performance, compact and easy-to-install heat-shrinkable medium-voltage (MV) straight cable joints with a triple-layer tube. Designed for versatility, they are compatible with single- or three-core polymeric cables featuring a copper wire screen, copper tape screen, or aluminium tape screen.
➔ Coldshrink Joints & Terminations
Ensto CJ11 Cold-Shrink Cable Joints are designed for jointing single-core MV cables with XLPE insulation and a copper wire shield. Available in 24 kV and 42 kV options, they support conductor sizes from 10 to 400 mm². Installation is simple – once the release liners are removed, the pre-expanded cold-shrink joints contract and form a secure, tight fit around the cable without the need for external heat. Cold-shrink jointing is a popular choice for its ease of installation and durability. Especially in projects where heat-shrink licenses are difficult to obtain.
