E-Tech Components is a key supplier to Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Rail, Utilities and Construction industries as well as a key supplier to the UK Transformer Manufacturers. As such and under the prevailing situation, we will continue operating to provide support to our customers, to offer our services and expertise to the nation’s power networks and critical infrastructure, while conforming to the government’s guidelines and restrictions.
Actions in place to tackle the current situation:
To protect our employees who may be “at risk”, most of our staff are now working remotely from home. Please rest assured, as we have set up the appropriate IT support in place and we are conducting regular team video meetings to keep in touch and enable ourselves to continue working as normal, providing quotations, processing orders, purchasing stock and offering technical advice.
To support our customers and fulfill their requirements, we hold out 3 months supply of our fastest moving products and safety critical products in stock stock. At the moment, we can supply all current live contracts and there are no foreseeable delays to existing and immediate new orders. Additionally, we have continuity plans in place and access throughout Europe to stock and supply from both factories and sister companies of the Lagercrantz Group to support demand.
This means that we will continue operating to provide our products, services, support & technical advice to you unless there is another change in UK Government Policy. In case we receive instructions from the government asking us to close our UK Operations, we will provide you with emergency contact details to assist your critical needs.
