Elpress Crimping Tool Systems are designed as complete solutions, combining Cable Connectors and Crimping Tools that have been tested together to ensure optimal connection results. This system-based approach gives you confidence that, when used correctly, Elpress products deliver safe and reliable connections.

The Elpress Hydraulic Crimp Systems accommodate Elpress Terminals and Connectors ranging from 10 to 1200 mm². These systems are available either as modular Pumps and Crimp Heads, which can be combined as needed, or as fully integrated hand-held tools that incorporate both functions.

A wide range of accessories is available for tasks such as Crimping, Pre-Rounding of Sector-Shaped Conductors, and Cable Cutting. When paired with the corresponding Terminals, these accessories complete the Crimp System. Both Pumps and Hand Crimping Tools (with a few exceptions) feature a fast-feed function, allowing the dies to quickly engage the terminal before the actual crimping begins. Additionally, a full-closure function ensures the crimping process is fully completed for maximum reliability.

Elpress V250 System

The Elpress V250 System features Crimping Tools suitable for copper terminals ranging from 10 to 800 mm², aluminium terminals from 16 to 630 mm², and C-sleeves from 6 to 300 mm². The system delivers a crimping force of 25 tons and covers a crimping area of 10 to 800 mm².

Elpress V600 System

The Elpress V600 System includes Crimping Tools for copper terminals from 10 to 240 mm², aluminium terminals from 16 to 25 mm² (up to 35 mm² solid), and C-sleeves from 6 to 50 mm². It provides a crimping force of 6 tons and covers a crimping area of 10 to 150 mm².

Elpress PVX611 Battery Crimping Tool (6-240mm²)

The Elpress PVX611 Battery Crimping Tool (6-240mm²) is the latest battery-powered addition to the V600 System, now featuring an exciting new capability. To meet the demand for a lighter tool suitable for crimping winding conductors, Elpress has developed L-range* Dies specifically for the PVX611.

The PVX611 crimp pistol is 100% reverse-compatible and has been tested and approved for use with both Elpress TB-dies and KB-dies. One of its standout features is a display that provides valuable information about your tool, including the number of crimps performed, battery status, service intervals and more. Designed with a new ergonomic profile, the PVX611 enhances user performance and comfort. The tool comes with a 2-year guarantee for added peace of mind.

*In the Elpress naming convention, the letter L indicates that the die is designed for crimping winding conductors, as well as Class 2 and Class 5 cables in accordance with the IEC 60228 standard.


Elpress V1300 System

The Elpress V1300 System features Crimping Tools for copper terminals from 10 to 400 mm², aluminium terminals from 16 to 400 mm², and C-sleeves from 6 to 240 mm². It delivers a crimping force of 13 tons and covers a crimping area of 10 to 400 mm².

The Elpress V1300C2 System includes Crimping Tools with an open-head design (C-forks) for crimping in narrow spaces. It is suitable for copper terminals from 10 to 400 mm² and C-sleeves from 6 to 240 mm², delivering a crimping force of 13 tons and covering a crimping area of 10 to 400 mm².

Elpress V1470 System

The Elpress V1470 System features the Elpress V1470 Crimping Head for copper terminals from 500 to 1000 mm², aluminium terminals from 800 to 1200 mm², and C-sleeves from 150 to 300 mm². It is used in combination with Foot Pump P4000 or the Battery/ Mains Powered Electro-hydraulic Pump PS710. The system is equipped with an oil-spray safety protection cap and comes supplied in a robust plywood box. It delivers a crimping force of 45  tons (400 kN) and covers a crimping area of 500 to 1200 mm². The system weighs 20,76 kg and measures 510 mm in length and 235 mm in width.
