D-Line F-Clips Safe-D Fire Rated Flexible Cable Fixings are fire-rated flexible cable supports supplied in flat form. Can be fold them in seconds to make a variety of shapes to most effectively secure cable installations.

The flat-form is also ideal for shot-fired fixings which can be pre-fixed, before inwardly folding sides to effectively wrap around cables.

D-Line F-Clip 30 (SAFEDFCLIP30)

To use D-Line F-Clip 30 (SAFEDFCLIP30) simply fold upright those notches which are either side of the 5.7 mm fixing hole; to make a U-shape for use in 25 x 16 mm mini-trunking, or D-Line 30 x 15 mm mini-trunking. The flat-form is also ideal for shot-fired fixings which can be first-fixed, before sides are inwardly folded to effectively wrap around cables. Side notches are also suitable for threading steel fixing bands, useful for securing larger bundles of cables. Installers should use a fire-rated fixing, such as D-Line D-Fixings, and then simply fold-over tabs to secure cables.

D-Line F-Clip 40 (SAFEDFCLIP40)

Installer can flexD-Line F-Clip 40 (SAFEDFCLIP40) notches (for example to open for adding or removing cables) up to five times, after which they should use replacement F-Clips. The locking tab gives greatest security, and you can return-fold if preferred. Installers should use a fire-rated fixing, such as D-Line D-Fixings, and then simply fold-over tabs to secure cables.

D-Line F-Clip 50 (SAFEDFCLIP50)

User can simply folr the first notches of D-Line F-Clip 50 (SAFEDFCLIP50) (either side of the 5.7 mm hole) to make vertical tabs; with the base being perfect for use in 50mm width non-metallic trunking. Pass the locking tab through any opposing notch, according to the volume of cables that need securing. Being 165mm long, this F-Clip is most versatile, and user can easily shape it according to his/ her needs, while users appreciate the pocket-friendly design saves handling and fitting time. In fire-conditions D-Line fire clips can withstand 970ºC for at least 2 hours, assuring that cable installations will not collapse. Fire rated F-Clips have been through extensive fire-testing on both wall planes and underside ceilings. Installers should use a fire-rated fixing, such as D-Line D-Fixings, and then simply fold-over tabs to secure cables.
