D-Line Conduit Saddles – Safe-D Fire Rated One-Piece Saddles combine fire performance, quickest fix, and a modern look, to secure cables in 20mm or 25mm o/d PVC and galvanised conduit installations. Popular Part Numbers: SAFE-DCOND20, SAFE-DCOND25
These innovative one-piece saddles are fully tested and certified, satisfying the requirements of BS7671 & BS5839 pt1. Installer can secure them with just one fixing in base. Using the Conduit Saddle will prevent cables from dropping in fire conditions up to 970°C for 2 hours.
The high-performance steel is simple to wrap tightly around the conduit, perfectly forming the same shape. The tab is easy to thread through the slot, then fold to lock.

- Unique single piece fixing, only 1 screw required
- Oval shape of base hole enables the Safe-D Conduit Saddle to be adjusted left or right-side
- Provides a 3mm stand off from surface
- >1200°C melting point
- Options for 20 mm & 25 mm conduits (& cables)… galv, white & black colours
- Compared to traditional saddles, installation time is approximately half!
