WISKA Sprint ® ESKV Cable Gland Kits (Polyamide) are Plastic Nylon Gland Packs for external or internal use on Unarmoured Cables. They provide environmental seal on the cable outer sheath, as well as exceptional strain relief and vibration protection. Ideal for diverse commercial and industrial environments, these durable nylon glands ensure safe, highly ingress-protected termination for flexible power, data, and control cables. These glands comply with British and European Standard BS EN 62444:2013, while delivering premium IP68 and IP69 protection ratings against prolonged submersion and high-pressure washdowns.

Features

  • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
  • Protection Class IP68 (Submersible up to 5 bar for 30 mins) and IP69 (Protected against high-pressure hot water jets)
  • Gland made from high-grade Polyamide (Nylon), featuring the patented WISKA Sprint® cap nut design for optimal seal and strain relief
  • Sealing gasket made from premium EPDM (Black)
  • Gland suitable for external or internal use on Unarmoured Cables
  • Delivers excellent mechanical cable retention and vibration-proof installation
  • Interlocking coarse thread prevents the cap nut from backing off or shaking loose under heavy machinery vibration

  • Gland rated to IP68 / IP69 EN60529
  • Service temperature range between -40°C to +100°C
  • Glow wire test rating of 750°C
