Prysmian BICON Barr-A Exd IIC Cable Gland (424TA Series) is a brass indoor and outdoor cable gland for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas. Suitable for use with circular unarmoured cables.

Prysmian 424TA Features

  • Brass indoor and outdoor cable gland for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
  • Suitable for circular unarmoured cables with extruded oversheath.
  • Achieves IP66 seal onto cable and to enclosure with suitable sealing washer or thread sealant.
  • Provides mechanical cable retention.
  • Suitable for most climatic conditions – weatherproof and waterproof.
  • Standard and Nickel plated versions available.
  • Full Installation Instructions supplied.
  • *Other NPT sizes available upon request.
