Trough-Tec Systems (TTS) Green Trough Elevated System includes a range of parts that provide an above-ground Cable Management Troughing Solution. TTS Elevated Accessories include: Posts (TE090P, TE150P), Ladder (TE090B, TE135B, TE150B, TE200B) & Wall Brackets (TE090W, TE135W, TE150W, TE200W), Straight (TE090L, TE135L, TE150L, TE200L)& Gradient Ladders (TE090G, TE135G, TE150G, TE200G), Bolts and Nuts.

Assembly Process

The TTS Elevated Cable Troughing System is simple to install and developed for use with four of the Green Trough systems (90,135, 150, and 200). Here’s how an elevated system’s assembly usually takes place:

  1. Our elevated system comprises of galvanised steel posts concreted into the ground at two metre intervals, with ladders bolted to brackets suspended from the posts.
  2. The 1m unit sits in the ladder, connected to each other via male and female joints, forming one continuous run. The posts can carry up to four individual cable troughing routes – refer to the technical specification for the various types of possible routes.
  3. Ladders supplied complete with bracket fixing bolts and installed at 440mm (level 1) or 840mm above ground level.
    •  Longer or shorter posts can be provided for non-standard ground conditions.
    • Gradient changes can be accommodated with gradient ladders, taking ducting from Level 1 to Level 2 or from ground level to Level 1

Suitable for use with the four small sizes of the Green Trough system (90, 135, 150 & 200 Series). Designed to support from 1 to a maximum of 4 cable routes as illustrated.

The structure of the elevated system incorporates posts concreted into the ground at 2m intervals with ladders bolted to brackets. Green Trough units connect to each other on the ladder via male and female joints to form a continuous run. Horizontal Bends and Gradient change ladders are available as part of the system.
